OUR MISSION

Programming for All makes computer programming lessons accessible to New York City elementary and middle school students. Our group of coding-savvy volunteers collaborates with non-profit afterschool programs to introduce students to computer science and foster curiosity in technology and STEM. In doing so, we aim to make the field of computer science more diverse, inclusive, and accessible.

Access = Success

“Coding is fun. I had a hard time at first, but the teachers were helpful. Since I love to play video games, learning to be better at coding will help me to make a game that I like.”

Dylan, student at The West Side Commons
